  سيتم بذل كل الجهود الممكنة لشحن الطلبات حسب المواعيد أو خلال الفترة الزمنية المحددة على الموقع من خلال شركات الشحن المعتمدة لدينا.

If the order is from a local warehouse, the preparation time takes 1 to 3 working days at most (Friday and Saturday are not considered working days).
If the order is from an agent warehouse, preparation may take 4 to 7 working days because the parts are provided by the agent and require more time to reach us.
For orders from international warehouses, the shipping time is specified on the product page.

All merchant information is clearly displayed on the product pages.

You can track your shipment in two ways:

• Method 1: In the email you receive with the tracking information, click on the tracking number to be directed to the shipping company's tracking page.
• Method 2: Copy the tracking number and enter it on the shipping company's website to get all details about your shipment.

If you receive only one box and some items are missing, don’t worry. For large shipments that need to be split into two or more boxes, you will be notified through the website messages with tracking numbers and instructions on how to track each part, along with all complete shipment details.
