Easy Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return and/or exchange.
If you wish to return products from different orders, you can return them together.
When the products you are returning meet the conditions outlined in the return label, you can select all the products in the shared return list. Remember to place all the items to be returned in one package.
To avoid additional return fees, please ensure that all the items you wish to return have been applied for at once.

After Submitting the Return Request

You will receive a response to your return request within 2 to 3 days.
Photos of the product may be requested for the return and exchange process to verify its condition.
We will communicate with you through your email regarding any updates or responses to your request.
If you have any issues with the return, please contact customer service within 180 days from the date of your request.
