Choose the product you want to return and select the reason for the return.
Submit the Return Request
After filling in the required information, click Submit Request.
Request Confirmation
Your return request will be successfully submitted and reviewed by our support team.
Track Your Return Request
You can track the status of your return or exchange through your account on the website.
After Submitting a Return Request
- Your request will be reviewed within 2 to 3 days.
- You may be asked to provide product photos to verify its condition.
- You will receive updates via email regarding your request.
